It has been brought to our attention by a potential customer that our ‘check availability’ function is not working on mobile phones. It seems to still be working on IPad and computers but not mobiles. See picture for the error message underneath ‘check availability’.
I have a contact form that says "failed message sent" when the user is on a mobile device (see attached image). When the user presses "OK" it returns back to the contact form. If the user fills out the form for a 2nd time the message will send correctly. Please note: 1.) The contact form works fine from a Desktop, the only issue is when used by a mobile device. 2.) Other Freelancers have tried to fix this, but it only last 24hrs. 3.) Remember, if a user tries it a 2nd time the message will be sent, it is only the first attempt that fails. We are a non profit group in Honolulu, attempting to attempt to complete a project. We wish to produce a recording that could be replayed using an iPad with an attached speaker. The recording would include a sound-bite of the sound from a Japanese Buddhist temple gong. Followed by a reading of a person’s name. Followed by a few seconds of silence. Followed by a repeat of same sound bite and another persons name. Etc, etc. We would like to be able to type several names that could be processed into a synthesized voice and appropriately inserted following each gong. Is this something you could help with?
