GOAL: You, the Freelancer, will enable me to install the latest gnucobol 3.2 package from on my HP Elitedesk where I have just installed Ubuntu 24.04. BACKGROUND: I have been using gnucobol on Ubuntu 22.04 ever since I was able to use apt install to download it from a repository.
