I need help setting up and establishing our SalesForce CRM for a charity I am a part of. We have 2 major fundraising events per year. I would like to track who donates money and how much they donated, in addition to their contact information and affiliation with the charity itself. In addition to uploading the contacts with the information I have via excel, I need someone with experience working with salesforce non-profits to organize and create systems for us moving forward. Must have extensive experience with SalesForce and their non-profit edition. I can go over more detail once accepted, but minimum needs include - tracking donations by person per event (2 major events per year) - tracking donations by person by year - tracking donations by person forever - Who their connection or contact is within our charity I have no experience with salesforce but I need to implement a tracking system. Please keep in mind we are a non-profit charity that raises money for local children's charities. I am personally going out of pocket on this because we are in need of it. This is not being paid for by the charity. Thank you.
