I have a small prototype part sketched out—just simple outlines on paper—but I need it turned into a clean 3D CAD file that I can send straight to a resin printer. The printed master will be used to make a two-part mould so I can cast the piece repeatedly in food-grade flexible silicone. Here’s what I already have: • Hand sketches showing the basic geometry and overall size. • A clear idea of the part’s function and how it must flex once it’s cast. What I need from you: • A watertight 3D model (.STL and .STEP) accurate to my dimensions, ready for high-resolution printing. • Thoughtful draft angles and venting points so the printed master releases cleanly from the mould. • Wall thickness and fillet choices that suit food-safe silicone (Shore A 20-30) and hold detail without tearing.
