I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to clean up and modernize a collection of PDF forms, exceeding 10 in total. The project will encompass a full design update to create a sleek and contemporary aesthetic, as well as the addition of new fields and removal of unnecessary ones for a streamlined user experience. Moreover, the forms should be made fillable and consistent across all versions. Including dropdown boxes and such interactive elements is a must, making ease-of-use a priority. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar software, coupled with a keen eye for design, will be ideal for the successful execution of this project. A couple examples of our current forms are attached for reference as well.
