Here's the main question I have: Basically, Chrome quit playing videos with h264 encoding because of some headers, and I'm wondering if there is someone out there that knows how to re-encode a video using ffmpeg into h264 that will work, without having to re-encode all my videos, but rather just fixing the headers.

The file upload size is 4GB, more than enough for a 50mb file. The upload happens, the thumbnail is made, however, the ffmpeg processing to oter resolutions is causing the conversion to lock up with anything over 30mb.
