Translating German to English - ONLY NATIVES will be considered

Dear Freelancers, I thank you for taking the time to review this freelancing job posting. We want to translate this contract from German to English (British). We are looking for individuals either native in German or English with a high capacity for translation and the written word. No bidder will be considered without a sample submission. This document is a 7 page contract, succint, separated by points, paragraphing and organization. This means that it is very precisely written. Your translation must be of this precision. By bidding to this project, you accept the following stipulations: 1) You will not be paid if the translation is of poor quality 2) You will not be paid if you do not meet the deadline, i.e. 48 hours of the bidder's acceptance. 3) There will be no milestone payments, you will complete the project and it will be thoroughly assessed. Then you get paid. We need this document translated within 48 hours of being accepted. Delays will NOT be tolerated. No bidder will be accepted who bids over the $150 USD budget. This is a small translation job, nothing sophisticated or demanding.
