I run a Canadian social media marketing agency, called catalyst media ! [login to view URL] I am looking to create a sales team. To help me specifically with lead generation and outreach. This job requires you to do cold calling. I will personally be also training you if you are new to this or want to grow your skills further in this area. Through a crash course i have created gathering the best content and resources from the best sales mentors in the world. Which will be given to you. Scope of work: Do 100 Cold Calls every second day. And follow ups in between. Your goal is to get a minimum of 20 call - appointments with the owner of the establishment (via skype) set within the span of 30 days. You will be using a CRM software called Zoho to keep track of your leads/booked appointments/follow ups etc. It’s simple as that. Payment Scope: $200 monthly fixed payment + $7.50 Commission fee for every appointment booked. Requirements: Be fluent in English speaking Has a good background knowledge of sales and cold calling Is honest and loyal to the team and agency. Hard working and passionate Strongly wants to provide value to the team and is an interested learner

I have made it to be a Sales Manager in 3 years starting as an agent in my company, i was always a very disciplined and hard working agent since i started, i improved myself and my skills by myself as i went and always looked ahead to where i want to be as a person and what i should do to get there.
