"HUBEXZAP. I use Hubspot to manage operational procedures. I use Zapier on a day basis to Integrate, Automate and Innovate. I have a wide range of experience with Excel. Please see further details below: I am very experienced in using Excel. I am self-motivated individual and I pride myself in always completing tasks to the highest possible standard! Putting in the hours is never a problem! I like working hard, however productivity is key when I am dedicating my time towards a task. In my last role at NGC, I was in charge of checking off Sales Reports at the end of the week against what had been loaded on a wide range of different systems. In order to check what had been loaded on different system against the Sales Reports I had to create Pivot Tables and Charts for visualization and accuracy purposes. I had to make sure all of the formulas were correct before the report were sent out, as well as linking up formulas to different Excel sheets and pages. There were 5 Sales Reports that I had to check every week for companies such as, River Island, TK Maxx (included all countries), Ask Italian, National Trust and Zizzi. As well as this, I was also in charge of dealing with any of the queries that came back after the reporting week. I was also in charge of Stock Management for all gift cards, monitoring incoming and outgoing stock. I had to forecast and order in stock in a timely manner.
