At this stage, I'm still working on other details such as the total number of residents. - Ideal Experience and Skills: - Proven experience in architectural design of residential properties - Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for large spaces - Prior work on properties with 5 or more bedrooms is highly beneficial Your proposal should include your approach to design, portfolio of past projects and estimated timeline. Please include references if possible. An understanding of local zoning and building regulations would be an added advantage.
