Website planner / Project manager required for gathering a web design and web development team through freelancer.com to work as our online developers division. 1. Build a service presentation trendy website highlighting web design, programming and hosting services 2. Work on our future clients online projects by hourly payment Requirements from the team: - We are looking for a team of “focused on their best skill” people rather than a “do-it-all-freelancers”. - To provide their portfolio for our website use and a short presentation of themselves which will also be displayed in the “team” section of our website - Will work on a lower fee when making mock-ups, basic planning for the sales team pitch presentations and on a higher fee when doing the actual coding and implementing - Must be composed from compatible world time zones, so we don’t have gaps in the workflow and can communicate trough virtual/online meetings all togheter, not only by e-mail. Team components: - Front end developer / Web designer – will develop most beautiful site mock-ups (PSD), will be a proven visual artists with a portfolio of minimum 30 websites and 30-50 other visual artwork. Will be required to deliver beside the PSD the HTML and CSS structure, Pre-design/wireframe - Database developer and general coder – PHP, MySQL, jQuerry, Java, various frameworks, experienced with various platforms for CRM, e-commerce, blogging, etc. Must write in site SEO optimized code. Colaborate on pre-design/wireframe - Content SEO writer – will optimize content from clients, will plan and manage ads campaign on Google social media, will know well how to build refferals on other sites, will do out of site SEO - Project manager – this wil be you – writing briefs, recruting teammates, manage the budget and report the project phases status, manage the assets aquisition (vectors, photos, etc) - Data entry / social media publisher / webmaster – will update sites, manage the hosting account (we have our own servers), manage social media content and newsletters - Telemarketer / leads generator for our sales team – perfect english speaking and writing – will make leads by phone and e-mail in the EU countries, manage and report status of client contacts We would consider you as succsesful if you can manage budget vs. quality in a versatile manner, focus on constructing a team of freelancers not of employees, willing to provide us with custom mock-ups for sales presentation at a low fee, and having our commitment on exclusivity for our online projects and our resources focused on selling their work with a good return for them when implementing the sold projects. We will require from you to have experience on building web teams for applying for this project. We are willing to use our experience as an advertising agency, client service and sales team logistics to sale on our local market, but we need this site to generate its own sales as well in a competitive manner on EU market.
