Database / Website design

I would like to build a website with modest/simple visual design. I have the page layout to copy. The site would be a social networking site where people created there own profile over the net. These profiles would be uploaded and kept in a data dase. I would need aprox 24 pages- 18 of them data entry pages. Other needs- 1- Database search capabilities 2- Automated profile uploads 3- Photo upload capabilities 4- Email capabilities interaly 5- Note posting and possible chat/blogs
