US Phone Numbers for Making Craigslist account

I am looking to purchase US Phone Numbers (DIDs) for the Craigslist Phone Verification. These numbers must be fixed line or mobile numbers. These phone numbers MUST WORK WITH CRAIGSLIST PHONE VERIFICATION SYSTEM -- NO VOIP NUMBERS. Numbers must also be non sequential. If you are able to sell phone numbers (DIDs), we are interested in buying various amounts for this one time use of verifying Craigslist Accounts. We are interested in any where from 100 to well over 1000 depending upon price and availability. We are most interested in virtual numbers with internal voice mail that can be emailed in the form of a wave file. We expect to pay from $1.00 to $2.50 per number.
