Video Produced of Internal Company Presentation

I have a project for production of a digital video. The final deliverable will be a digital video file. Here are the details: When: 3/23/2019 - Presentation to be filmed will take place from 9AM-10AM Where: Symrise - 300 North St. Teterboro, NJ 07608 What: Film an internal presentation - both the presenter and the audience -We will require very little editing - all we need is a title card and some cuts between the speaker and the audience every once in awhile. -Freelancer will need to bring own equipment including camera, space to record digital video, tripod, etc. -Freelancer to provide digital video within a week of the filming - 3/29/19 I will manage the project from beginning to end. Symrise is a global flavor/fragrance company. This presentation will be an internal meeting between employees. All additional requirement can be discussed over email, phone. I will meet with the freelancer for set-up and direction on the day of the shoot.
