For our event, it's a business event with around 70 attendees. During the event, we will release the new version of our product and also conduct some presentations. This is the proposed agenda: 1:45 - 2:00 PM - Registration 2:00 - 2:15 PM - Odoo Introduction 2:15 - 2:30 PM - Discover Odoo 12 and New Features 2:30 - 3:15 PM - Odoo presenting "V12 Introduction, Vision and Strategy of Odoo" 3:15 - 3:25 PM - Afternoon Break 3:25 - 3:30 PM - Group Photo 3:30 - 4:15 PM - Willdoo IT's Presentation 4:15 - 5:00 PM - Socializing with beers provided 5:00 PM - Clearance I would like to record some highlights in the event and make a video. Hi! I'm a photographer and videographer and would love to shoot this event for you. My fee includes shooting stills and video at the event, up to 5 vox pops style interviews and one edited highlights video approx 1 minute long that includes musical overlay and interview audio. I do have another event that evening from 7pm, so I would need to leave immediately at the conclusion of the event at 5pm. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you on this project.
