Create an introductory video with feature tour for our website

I am looking for a company or contractor to produce a first class video that introduces our service and features. Ideally, we'd like to use a first person type of approach with a combination of on screen personalities that represent our two users groups in addition to the site being used, screen shots etc. We have some ideas but will be looking for direction. As our service targets the North American market, it is preferred that the characters in the video are US or Canadian (accents). A man and a woman would be great too. Please provide examples of similar work you have produced and I'll provide more details to contractors of interest. The video will be two minutes max.
