Spanish Translator

You are a Spanish translator that interprets and translates messages in real time between two or more parties, precisely relating Spanish to English and English to Spanish in clear, verbal language. You must be completely fluent in both Mexican Spanish and English, with an extensive vocabulary in both languages and you are comfortable as a public speaker in corporate business settings. We are currently seeking several Spanish interpreters/translators to assist in a full day training event at the end of March in the Bay Area. We also need translators to be available for future training events once per month and 3-day retreats. We are creating a new standard for empowered and optimized workplaces by introducing and implementing KeenAlignment proprietary workshops, philosophies and programs. We target our efforts towards Shaping Constructive Corporate Culture, Stratifying HR and developing competent, engaging 21st Century leadership strategies, and Consciously Hiring®. You are adept in processing information quickly, concisely and recognize sensitive cultural differences and you are professional and courteous at all times. You can give perfect recitals of what you hear and read, and do not add extra words, expressions, or inflections to the translations. You also clearly and precisely read written documents out loud in both languages. You are able to maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.
