I have experience with English transcription and proofreading. As a native English speaker and having completed my bachelors degree in psychology I am quite adept in the English language. Throughout the course of my academic career I have had experience with taking notes accurately from video and audio files. Also given that I am a proofreader, my keen eye (and ear) for detail puts me above the rest when it comes to producing quality content.
