Need a 3D model -- for marketing purposes -- showing a space plan for Verizon Wireless in a 30' wide by 100' deep space (ceiling height 10') -- similar to what I have done in SketchUp. The shell architectural plans are attached for a multi-tenant building; client needs 1 manager's office, reception area, open work area for 17 people in cubes, break room, male/female bathrooms, and small IT room. The rest of the 3,000 SF unit would be unfinished warehouse space. I would like a 3D model and some renderings showing people and furniture so the scale can be clear -- with dimensions and labels for each room. Feel free to improve upon my sketch.
