Besides my Mechanical Engineering and Design background, I have further strengthened my domain by pursuing Aeronautical Engineering through Delftx. There are vast improvements in airfoils,wingspan, control systems etc that I can suggest you apart from modelling the drone and also predict what take-off speeds, payload, max speed etc that the drone would be capable of. On top of that, you have the advantage of getting your drone designed by someone who has built his own 3d printer and knows exactly how the parts be divided to print and to maintain structural strength while installed on drone.
