I understand you want this to be a 3D model that will be used for a 3D printing application or similar. I would start in 3Ds Max and create the basic shape of the decoy. From there I would export that out to Z-brush to add all the fine details like feathers and facial features. I would need to know how you would want it packaged and delivered to you. This project has the possibility to be done in 3 days I gave 5 days in my bid for buffer room. I hope to hear from you and wish you well in your search.

Hi, I have prototyping studio and I can design Goose Decoy, but also make prototype or propose technology for mass production. Further I can also manage and quality control mass production if needed and send the finished product to you.
