This is a concept design for a boat/ship shape floating art gallery. I want this project to be extremely creative and artistic. This floating gallery must use stainless steel or other type of shining material as its exterior coating. I want it to have the WOW effect when people see it from shore, or from the air. Here are the requirements: 1. The main deck of the boat/ship should be 30 feet wide and 65 feet in length; 2. Main Deck will contain an Art Gallery. The interior space of the art gallery should be at least 20' x 20' NET or 400 square feet. This is the interior space; 2. You have to leave at least 5' on each side of the boat/ship for people to move around; 3. A reception area which is connected to the gallery space with the same 400 square feet of space. There will be two Unisex Restrooms on the main deck connecting the reception area; 4. The ceiling height for the main deck should be at least 10 feet gross or 9 feet net; 5. There will be an upper deck which serves as the artist's studio / living quarter; 6. There will be a lower deck for storage purpose. Again, this is a project that requires the design to be extremely creative. I do not need a construction detail, my local architect will handle that. All I need is a concept design. You are required to present a preliminary / rough drawing or ideas for my review before the job is awarded to you. For this job, you are required to submit the following 3D renderings: 1. Top View --- View from the sky; 2. Side Views --- View from BOTH sides; 3. From and Back Views; 4. Day View; and 5. Night View. Please remember that when doing the rendering, position the boat/ship on the water. This project will be located in a park which is surrounded by forest. The night view should show the reflection of the boat/ship on the water.
