This was my first opportunity to use Freelancer, so I was at best a little apprehensive! Within several minutes I had numerous responses / quotes. Shortly thereafter I was conversing with Baljinder K. (her reviews were flawless) and I quickly realized I had the subject matter expert needed for my project! Her support from the outset was amazing!!!! Much to my surprise she was pinging me with questions daily for things that I never even thought of. Once she started sharing files for my review, she found numerous errors on my part and conflicts, for which she even provided options in the event I was struggling. At this point, I am extremely happy I chose Freelancer and even happier I chose Baljinder. Her level of expertise, technical knowledge and overall project support was beyond my expectations. Baljinder's drive to meet schedule commitments, was impressive, so rest assured she will meet her schedule commitment, assuming you too are just as responsive. In summary, as a first time user of Freelancer, I am really impressed and will unhesitatingly make Freelancer my first choice and HOPE that Baljinder K. will bid on my projects. If you see Baljinder K. bidding on your project, look no further, as she is the Best!!! Her style is much like a really good Project Manager, with the technical background to support. Baljinder has a positive attitude and does what is requested to complete the project as assigned. She is receptive to requested changes as the project proceeds and is quick to make the modification(s) as needed.
