Small ruby on rails function

I have a social network built in ruby on rails and lovd by less, I need to have the ability to delete a user, right now I can only deactivate, so whether this is just a small mysql script or something that can be added to my admin in the app would be fine. I know this is super easy to do I am just busy working on some other projects so keep the bids small to win! thanks
