Create a fully dynamic design report from database

I want to make one form consist of what i want with dynamic: a dynamic connection to database + a dynamic extract a columns from a table i selected it from any database and check for the column that will appear in report + i want put logo right or left in report dynamic with text i will write it too right or left and the same things in footer + rename the head of column that i selected it with English or Arabic + in the design a setting that will choose a Landscape or portrait + margin must be dynamic + if i want the sum of one of the columns must be available and design will be dynamic + if i want a group of one of the columns must be available + when i select from table i want the query run a dynamic like : + or - or > or >= or <> or <= ...etc will be dynamic + if i designed the report i want to save it with name to come back to edit or print it or delete it + if i want to put a query to get the report from [login to view URL] i want make all report dynamic that mean maker report. *Notes : i will accept the freelancer who has a project like what i explained it or more please. 1-Source code will be vb.net just not any language. 2-Database will be Sqlserver. 3-Dead line 6 days or less . 4-Max budget 1000$ will be : 1000$ milestone i will send it , after i receive the source code with fully complete i explained it
