Dating Website

Need a very simple website created. Basically it's a dating site. People will be able to add their profile to the site for free. They will fill out an application to the site and they can include their photos. Their information will then go into a pending system where we (the admin of the website) will have to manually review their profile. Once we approve their profile they will be made live on the website in the current search results. The results will work on zip code search. On the main page of the website there will be a box that says "enter your zip code" so if someone enters in a zip code the people located near that zip code will show in the results. They will be able to see all the people close to that zip code, but in order for them to read their entire profile and contact them they will need to become a paying member. Once they become a paying member they will be able to view all the information and contact all the people on the site. We will be using [login to view URL] for processing so they will handle all of the billing and credit card information so you don't need to work on that. You will just need to create the zip code search, pending approval system, and members area where people can view all the profiles on the site.
