Email Marketing Campaign(repost)

I would like to set up outbound email campaigns for marketing of my website. www.meyer-imports.com. We sell import craft supplies. It is a very unique product. Here is the assignment: Here's what I need: 1) A list of email addresses for the target market ==> You will need to secure a list of 10,000+ email addresses that match our target. (the more the better). You will to prove you have mass mailing capabilities, including managing add / change / removes. ==> At the end of the project, you will need to provide the clean email list to us. 2) Six emails, with graphics, that feature our products and drive targets to our site. ==> You will need write and design these email, using images from our site. You must have very strong English skills. We will edit and approve the emails before they will be sent. 3) Mailing of the emails such that they pass through spam and ISP filters. ==> We will send one email every other week. 4) Posting the same email messages on appropriate forms and blogs on a weekly basis. ==> You will need to create the target list of forums and blogs that are appropriate for our products. For the right person, this could become an ongoing project. For now, we will limit it to a 12 week project.
