We are a very small company, trying to deliver a big look. We need a person who have the skill sets we require as described below. You are measured by what you produce and can definitely work from home. Home is preferably somewhere in Australia or if not, we can try to work something out.
You can dictate most of your working hours except for calling times and appointment letter creation and delivery (they are not many)
Job Description:
We need an exceptionally organized, intelligent, and experienced assistant to work directly with our executive team as we grow. You must be competent in the use of desktop and web applications and must be willing, and able, to learn new applications you’re currently unfamiliar with. You’ll be responsible for
Web Research: Searching for Related Trends, news or reports relating to our services.
Academic Research: Search for related articles, academic papers relating to our services.
Report preparation: Presentation preparation ( you'd need have a feel for Zen Presentations)
Market Research: Have the skills that will be needed on occasions.
Email and Customer Support: Email responses can be scheduled into responding only at certain times.
Customer support means to arrange for appointments.
Task-Oriented Office Responsibilities: 1: send out mail order via desktop applications for appointments/ birthdays, etc
2: follow up calls for appointment making
3: For appointment calling, an strong Asian accent is not encouraged simply
due to the fact that the person calling will face many rejections.
Other skills really good to have for our selection:
Blog Management
Sourcing related videos, uploading and tagging them. Uploading articles written by you (should not be more than 400 words). 6 uploads weekly ( 4 for 1 site and 2 for another )
Copywriter/ Article writing/ Presentation preparation
Good copywriters write in a story format that is specific and engaging. Not a book report nor an academic paper but a concise, compelling and clear delivery to real people. You must have a knack (intuition) and INSIGHT for making connections between ideas and evidence that most people overlook. You must be able to communicate that insight with either graphics or the written word. You need to have a thirst for brain and nervous system development, musculoskeletal system and wholeheartedly want to help others through your written word.
Lastly, to bid for this you'd need to show:
a: evidence for your previous experience (blog, articles, ppt)
b: describe how you helped anticipate and solved a vendor's needs without being told to. (200words)
c: your hobbies (100 words)
To know how well you will go, we would need you to prepare 3 presentation power point presentation @ $50 after selection. Thereafter, if the candidate is successful in his or her selection, we may consider a hire on a continual basis @ approximately $250 per month. We will repost if there are no successful candidate. If there is then the price is fixed but will be paid bonus wages at 6 months intervals.
In total,
you will be working at the very maximum 20 hours per week. Some weeks very much less than others, some weeks more.
What will put you at a disadvatange:
a: requesting a bonus (we reward when a job is well done)
b: requesting or hinting for an increase in wages very shortly after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
