My client owns a piece of land with an existing house. He wants to knock off the existing house and build three new houses. The task is to provide PDF documents with: 1. an aerial view in 2D graphic design sketches of the three houses on one page (also showing the new lane to access to the three houses) and i review and make adjustments 2. guide floor plans for all the houses and dimensions - all are 5 bedroom houses. 3. once we agree on where everything fits, provide an aerial view in 3D graphic design sketches of the three houses on one page and I review and make adjustments; until we have a final report. WHATS INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHMENTS: 1. Existing land and building aerial view 2. Proposed plans 3. Example of 2D model wanted 4. Example of 3D model wanted 5 & 6 - 3D pictures for the three houses I WILL ONLY LOOK AT BIDS WITH A 3D AERIAL VIEW DONE BEFORE AS AN EXAMPLE
