Cartoon Characters Design

We are looking for the design of three characters for our business. The characters can be either animal or human like but they need to be aimed at young children and kept quite simple. They should be bright and engaging. Characters are to be used in branding and marketing. The business works with young children up to the age of 12 years and it's all about being active. We would like the design of the characters and then the illustrating of those characters in as many active positions as possible i.e. (running, jumping, playing a sport, swimming etc) as the designer feels the budget allows. We would need them in a range of formats including PNG.
