PLEASE READ ENTIRE BRIEF!! I am looking for one more webdeveloper to work in my team. I have one main developer in my company in USA that will manage your [login to view URL] will mainly be working on one main project (a quite complex tool for selling and buing real estate. With multiple different user types, sellers, buyers, agents, banks, insurance companies, government agencies, etc etc.) You need to be reliable. Work hard, and be available on the timeframe it is needed. Some weeks you might need to be able to work 50-60h and others it can be as little as 10h. You might also be used on other projects now and then, but mainly you will work on one project at the time. It is very important that you work fast, without sacrificing quality. You will work by the hour, since the project scope changes all the time. It will be a long term contract. At least 3-4 months, maybe up to a year. You HAVE to be excellent in the following: CSS, HTML, PHP, and MySQL It is a big plus, but not an absolute must, if you also have experience in Codeigniter.
