Custom Referral Program Add-on

Looking for a custom referral program system that works like this system: [login to view URL] Our website is currently coded with Codeigniter, the feature should have same features that the link provides including the following: - Refer A Friend by simply entering your email address (HOTMAIL, GMAIL, YAHOO, AOL) it'll than instruct you to enter your email password. - Once you've signed into your webmail it'll display all of your contacts like it does on example above, then option to refer one by one by clicking refer or refer all. - Each person that's referred they'll be a counter showing $ amount they'll be earning, and each person referred will get $10 off $30 custom code emailed to them when the person they referred makes a purchase so this will have to be tracked by tracking URL unique to each person who logs in and starts referring people. - Once a user has been referred the user(s) will get an email like this: [login to view URL] with a link when they open that link contained in the email they'll automatically be subscribed and marked as a registered member by only clicking the link in the email. It'll then register the member in our backend. - Also if the user they invite makes a purchase the original person who invited them gets $10 credit and they'll be emailed saying "Friend's email" make a purchase here's $10 off your next order and provide unique promo code.
