Creating a new server and salvaging what you can off my old one

Need my old server recreated out of repack form as i don't have the source files and this repack is a mess so i would like to salvage anything i can all the custom items npc's quests player accounts etc also a website to be created for the server aswell. Could look at higher payment just need to find out what can be salvaged first with what little resources there are to salvage.
