Create a single webpage layout

Requirements: Use PHP, javascript, and twitter bootstrap. JQuery is optional. Twitter bootstrap css must be customized to match the proposed mockup look & feel Page source code must be modular, well organized and easily editable to add/remove menu options (top icons) and content buttons. Content buttons and internal information must be refreshed by periodic ajax calls. The page content is dynamic, top menu icons, bottom buttons and internal button content is dynamically fetched from an existing webpage using an documented API (posts a form to an external webpage and receives JSON formatted data). Long Term Goal: We are looking to hire a full time developer. Please only bid on this project if you are available for long term, full-time employment.
