Data Migration Plugins XML

am looking to find a developer that I can work with over many upcoming projects. Thus building a good working relationship, good understanding of how we each work and better understanding of the applications I work with (making it easier on each new project) My first project i am looking to have done is to build an executable utility / plugin for my .net SQL2005 application. This utiity / plugin will take the data (tab delimited txt or XML) and import it into the correct tables/fields in my .net sql2005 application. This will created using Visual Studio 2005 in VB.NEt and include source code. MS Developer Experess is needed to work with SDK in developing plugins for this application. Experience with Netsuite and it's data structure and API is recommended. or your ability to figure it out and map into new appliation correctly. Complete documentation on development steps and also on installlation steps are required. Add-on Notes: a utility program to convert a tab separated txt file (or xml) of orders & dat (customers, vendors, inventory items, sales transactions, purchase order transactions from NetSuite to an .xml file that will be used by the developed plugin to import and migrate data to correct fields in new application Would prefer someone familiar with Netsuite. We provide the SDK to new appliation for plugin development After that then will want to perform the same as above except instead of NetSuite it will be to migrate data from the applciations of Quickbooks, Peachtree, MYOB, & Everest Software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. c) Complete documentation on how plugins were developed and time per each phase. d) End-user documentation on how to install and use plugin and data migrations mapping, with screen shots. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
