Create A Realty Website (with MLS Database)

This is a small website consisting of 6 text pages except for the calculator on the 6th page. The color & dimension info will be provided. It's nothing complex if you have done this before. 1. The selected coder will build the website based on the specifics & content provided after acceptance of the bid amount. 2. You will create a "quick search" section on the home page along with login and returning user link. 3. You will set up a searchable database using an existing module in the MLS database ([login to view URL])for which the login will be provided 4. The website will contain coded information that allows the following: a. pull data from MLS to add 3-5 rotating featured properties on the home page with clickable links to show details that comes from the MLS database. b. Once the visitor clicks the featured property link, they will be required to log in to access the info being pulled fro the MLS database c. the visitor will be able to save their search result d. the visitor will be able to set up an account to receive notification of listings from his/her search criteria, and set up automatic expiration for the notifications The header has already been created. It just has to be attached to the body of the website. All images and content will be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux.
