php content managed websites - various tweaking required

Hello, I have several basic .php websites developed over the past year or two and the original developers have moved on to greater things. I need a few basic tweaks that can be copied to all versions - if possible, I'd like the same template rolling out to further sites too. For instance, have a look at: [login to view URL] - at the moment I don't have a full specification of exactly the changes I want, but I Do know that I would like a developer to look at the site and tell ME what it needs. I don't like the way it loads, the news is not working so well, there's no flexibility re: images, also note another example of this same 'house style' is: [login to view URL] which I'd want the same fixes rolled out to. And there's more, with the right supplier, I'd want to be able to say: Okay, now can we role this format out to yet another site - and for you to be able to quickly apply the style to a further launch. I've included copywriters and designers in this brief and will assess how relevant and useful your offers are, but this is primarily the PHP/SQP development requirement. I'll give selected developers a peak at 'content management system'. It would be great to be able to work with someone on an on-going basis on these sites, I just need help to be able to get them all up and running so I can work on the content and marketing!
