Need PHP Guy & Good Designer To Marry 2 Sites Of Mine

I'm looking for a php developer to marry 2 of my sites together. It also has a database, and an admin area where I enter certain offers to be shown to visitors who go through my offer funnel. Note: You can see the "offer funnel" by going here: [login to view URL] ---- > Here's The Job: I want to add an offer funnel - like the one on here: [login to view URL] ---- > To This site: [login to view URL] to be positioned "after" the user opts-in. I will want to carry values from each opt-in form from page to page (with a database), so that they can be "pre-populated" into each offer I add to the funnel. This job should NOT be a problem for anyone who knows what they're doing (because it's already been created for you). Everything you need has already been created. All you need to do is create a new database and connect the dots. I will design the "look" of the pages for you (but you must have some decent design skills to execute as well).
