Codeigniter changes on site

Hi, Looking for high skilled Codeigniter. I have an old Codeigniter website which needs some upgrade. The website is like a ticketing system. All functions are working and I need to just add some more or change something. People can add a ticket and admin can see it. I will provide backend access after award somebody. Changes has to be add this website: 1. The most important issue is that the emails generated from the site are not being delivered properly to the Administrators computer or mobile phone. They appear on the iphone for a second and then the mail programme crashes. On the computer there are pages of code in the email and the message is lost in the code. In all cases the administrator has to log on to the web site to see the new order. (this happen after I move the website to new web hosting with newer version of PHP) 2. I want to add a search facility to the administrators page. where client or admin can search by address 3. The user should be able to display all orders in the "pending"/ Order Complete/Sold/Sale Agreed etc. status 4. When a user makes a change to an order or updates the order an email message is to be generated to confirm the message has been sent 5. An office use box to be included on the orders which can be updated on the administrators side only. The admin wants to add notes to orders. 6. Automatically reduce all logos to fit the new user page - These are the Estate agents logos 7. Admin wants the option to display all pending orders from the newest to the oldest 8. Fix the date on the system to include years after 2010 9. add upload image in orders. image will appear in order details 10. maybe some minor changes after This changes has to be done first on your localhost or some domain. after apply on live host.
