strategy paper on international business

I want someone to help me to write a stratic plan for international business class based on "Ford motor company". I will explain the requrmens and guidlines clearly so it will fall in to the format I am looking for. It will be between 13 to 15 pages single space and error free. The whole idea is to write to the company's boss stating your objective , why you are writting to him, how you will do it and the solution. It is similar to writting a memo to your boss exect it is longer. you will need to specifiy how you are going to achieve your projected objective and who will do it, by specifying a time table.
