Chat Room (Flex4+SQL; with vbulletin4 user login

We are in need of a full working flex video chat room. It needs to integrate smoothly with our MSSQL database; to fetch community users data (profile information). There will be a sign-up process or login processs in order to enter the chat room – the database should be linked to our vbulletin4 database The chat room must be based on this particular FLEX4 or HTML 5 technology. we'd like it to fully integrate into our Vbulletin4 SQL database for our current users to login and use. Joining private rooms without having to enter the password (passwords for rooms should be visible to the admins) 8. Word filtering (so we can add words that are filtered out from the chat) 9.
