Custom Wordpress Plugin

I need a custom wordpress Gift Finder Plugin. A Good idea of the end result I am seeking is found here: [[login to view URL]][1]. On the sidebar the plugin should create "GIFTS BY OCCASION", "GIFTS BY TYPE" and? a "SHOP FOR" section. Under "GIFTS BY OCCASION" it should have all the categories listed on the above link and the same for "GIFTS BY TYPE". I should be able to turn on/off these sub categories in the admin panel. Under SHOP FOR it would have a radio or check box for HER, HIM etc. When you clicked one it would pop up questions just like on the above link. The gifts idea should be pulled from similar sites as the above link and should include Amazon products and I should be able to enter my amazon affiliate ID. Basically make me a plugin that works for wordpress that makes my site do everything [[login to view URL]][1] does. When pulling gifts from others websites if possible I want to use their affiliate programs so I can get sales credit. ## Deliverables All links and pages created should be SEO friendly. If wordpress isnt the best way to do this please say so.
