Data mining, password, database for existing web site

What I need is to gather information from [login to view URL] on individual builders and their communities along with pictures, floorplans and other info. I would like detailed info that the individual builder web sites provide. I think [login to view URL] has that info also. I need for that data to be stored in a database so people that visit my website can retrieve the info. I need for them to be able see pics, floorplans, amenities etc. I also need for my clients register using their email address and a password so they can access database of homes. While viewing homes, individual comminities, and builders I need for my clients to be able save favorities that can ba accessed next time they visit and sign in. I also need the data mining to gather info and update at regular intervals. I also need a way for clients to view MLS database from my site. I also need to mine info on apartments from several websites and store in mine and do the same as above. I also need a way to accept payment for services rendered. I would like to accept visa, m/c. and other online methods of payment. I can give more detail later. Please give me your best price because money is tight but I will give a bonus within a few weeks.
