make article, blog, form poster software

need a program that crawls google for the following term "shoes leave a comment" I want the program to post a message to advertise on all those sites. usually the feilds that need to be input are name, email url, and message.. the forms and message boards i want to post on are similar to this one on the bottom of this page....[login to view URL] need someone that can do this for me asap, and do this smart. Please PM if any sogessions or exsisting softare that can do this. Thanks
