Looking for a custom CRM/Backoffice we can install on a subdomain. i.e. [login to view URL] would like the system to be WordPress friendly. Not a must though. As long as all the below features are easy to do and navigate through. Please review the attached document as it outlines the project in complete. Must read this in order to be considered. We are looking for a multiple options. Lead Management- Either have the ability to have a built-in auto-responder within or have it integrate with with GetResponse API to import leads locally as well as in GetResponse. • Assign tasks/events and notes to the local leads • Integrate with a Calendar system • Convert leads to clients and payment processing: • Track, manage, and assign commissions • If it is week 3 an a pay week we will be paying for week 1 and week 2 paid out on week 3 (that Friday) • Integrate with QuickBooks. • Hierarchy creation • Admin- permissions over all • Sales Manager- Permissions over clients, leads, invoicing and parent to Telemarketing/Inside sales team… Don’t want them to have the ability to manipulate commissions though. Manager can see all leads in the system. • Telemarketing/Inside Sales • Client • Lead • User creation and Assigning • File upload • Education center • Support system • Live chat on backend I am sure there might be a few things I have missed but overall this is the major scope of the project. I do know there are canned solutions out there that you can create this project in which would be ok with us. For example Zoho (just don’t have the time and tech to get that started). If you have another hosted solution that can be white labeled and we can forward our subdomain to that url, that would also be an option. When bidding on this project please just don’t tell me how great you are try to include some custom text on things you can and cannot do in regards to this project! Not necessarily looking for the lowest bidder here. Competence is the number 1 key factor in our decision. We would be looking for this to be done in a timely fashion under 3 weeks’ time!
