PHP & MYSQL Membership site

This project involves developing a membership site where users can search for other people that have something in common with them e.g. same name, same birthday etc... Features: To stop people from adding fake/bogus names a membership system will be used. Paypal will be used to accept payments. Non-members cannot add their details, but can perform a restricted search. Members can add their details, perform unrestricted searches, browse the list of names and send messages to other members (e-mail addresses should be hidden). Members can have their password e-mailed to them if they forget it. Administrators control panel. I only require the php/mysql coding to be done. I can do the html design myself. I have basic knowledge of PHP and can amend the scripts to include standard header and footer files. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. - PHP files to facilitate above features (user registration, paypal linkage etc ...)(essential) - MYSQL database (essential) - Basic documentation (desirable) Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Server: linux/apache Clients: All 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
