ECommerce Site Improvements

Seeking competent programmer/designer to implement work to my existing ecommerce site. The shopping cart is CubeCart v. 4.2.2. This is a 3 phase project. Phase 1: Header (textual and graphic)? and layout (dimensional - if possible)? improvements Phase 2: Addition of various modules and scripts (ie. RSS, [login to view URL] verified merchant logo, etc) Phase 3: Diagnosing and fixing slow admin section whose order pages are slow to load in the backend. May be database related. ## Deliverables Simple work that is very overdue for a competent programmer/designer... FOR THE RED BANNER FOUND AT THE TOP OF? MY SITE... ? 1. Insert same picture of bodybuilder. You should be able to use the same bodybuilder image since its already exists? in the? file. 2. Enlarge and Insert logo and the? text ? "XTreme Muscle Building Supplements"... just like you see in the post card (text on top)? Use the same font found in the post card (font of text on the top) 3. Remove the duplicate header text (ie. the text that looks like it has bullits in it) 4. Remove all the silhouette images (Body Evolution, pills, bottles, etc)? in the background 5. Add these selling points >>> ? Lowest Prices, Worldwide Shipping, Delivery in 2-3 Days within USA, No Negative Side Effects, Results in as little as 10 Days!? 6.? Keep the "Order Now! with phone number" text 7. Keep Secured by Rapid SLL logo on top left but align it with the "Shopping Cart" column on left 8. Insert Visa and MasterCard logos 9. Add promotion circle.? Refer to the attached postcard? to see how to make the promotional circle with the text "FREE L-Glutamine with Every Order!" in it.
