Registration,Search,Referral,Rewards

Please use the information below in conjunction with the attached documents. This system will be a online user registration system, a apartment serach engine, referral system/marketing tools, user account area, and rewards area. Please review the documents attached. A "Good faith deposit" is required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)The DEADLINE IS AUGUST 1 and there must be progess reports every 3 days via email and/or MSN IM. There MUST be an avaliable link to test current code and view progress online. 5)The coder(s) MUST be flexible as questions will arise and smaller changes my need to be made. 6)Coder(s) MUST be available for 20hrs after the project has been completed installed and running on buyer's environment to fix bugs and make minor adjustments. This can be via, email and/or MSN Instant messenging. ## Platform *The operating environment should be the following platform: Microsoft servers, using ASP.NET, running on SQL server database. The system should be built using the visual [login to view URL] software application. This should system should run on both internet explorer and netscape browsers. Every attempt should be made ensure the code will run on widely accepted environments.*
