Develop customized newsletter system

To develop a newsletter system to replace the existing ones. The system must support the varied websites that we currently run. Members on each database have differing profiles that the newsletter must pickup on. For example on the dating services, we need to send out 'matches' acccording to the members profile. Other parts include responders to target and address new profiles and keep them engaged on the website. Initially looking to use the newsletters to support the two dating services as this has become critical. Interface must be easy to use and be flexible to grow with the needs.
