convert .net application to Joomla

I have a site written in microsoft.net (I believe it is C#) and SQL and I am looking to have it completely converted to Joomla. The site is [[login to view URL]][1] for your review.? It has dynamic links and a patent pending delivery system. THE FINAL BIDDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE.? The website is not important as we are changing it but all the functionality of the backend needs to be converted. I am looking for quotes to convert this and committed timeframes to complete. The final delivered product will need to be tested internally and then we will do final testing or use a 3rd party to test to ensure the functionality. I am looking for estimates within 10% of the cost and based on the company and references than a final dollar amount will be agreed upon.
